Archaeological Museum
The Cultural Centre in the town of Lefkas houses the Archaeological Museum. Since it opened its doors, in 1999, visitors have a chance to admire findings from the Stone Age to the Roman period.
It is divided into four rooms. In the first room, findings from everyday life of the inhabitants are exhibited. In the second room, one can see exhibits from the Geometric era, while in the third room funerary objects and offerings are exhibited. Finally, in the fourth room there is an exhibition of Paleolithic tools and plenty more. It is certainly worth a visit.
